We have the right to refuse a sale to anyone, for any reason.

Must be 18+ to purchase.

 

We require paid in full or a nonrefundable deposit of 25% or greater to hold a gecko. We absolutely do not hold a gecko for someone simply because they asked questions about they gecko(s).

 

Deposits & payments are nonrefundable. Store credit available when refund requested.

 

Require photos of setup/food before shipment.

 

30 day payment plans are available on geckos over $250. Please inquire to see if we are taking plans at this time.

60 day payment plans are available for geckos over $500. Please inquire to see if we are taking plans at this time.

​

90 day payment plans are available for geckos over $800. Please inquire to see if we are taking plans at this time.

 

Shipping is available, will ship on Tuesday or Wednesday if between 40 low - 80 high, for 1-3 days. Someone has to be able to claim the gecko at the hub. (No longer shipping to residence unless 45 minutes or more away from a hub.) If on day or arrival, you cannot pickup said gecko(s), they’ll be forfeited back to us along with payments  and we will not do business with you again.

International shipments are to be paid for and setup by the buyer. International orders aren't guaranteed.

We are not liable for any shipment issues that happens while FedEx has the box, I.E if the box is lost, box is destroyed, box is delayed. Must notify us of arrival within 1 hour, or live guarantee is null and void. (Exception: Reptiles purchased at an expo, live guarantee is voided after you leave the building due to deaths often from poor treatment on the drive home, I.E. blasting the heater, leaving in the windows, leaving geckos in car to shop some place, etc)

If you’re using an account with a dead name, or any name other than what I see on MM, Facebook, etc please tell us before hand to prevent a situation that makes us worry a card/account is stolen so we refund the money and reject the sale.

 

We do our best for all shipments, but are not responsible for any shipment delays, accidents or deaths during shipment.

 

1 week guarantee on geckos (aside from geckos from a expo). If death is to occur, we will require photos and videos of gecko/lizard, setup and shipment box to make a determination, the day it’s happened and not weeks/months later.

 

Live Guarantee doesn't cover: Car Ride Home, Injuries after arrival, burns, lost tails, lack of food once in your care (weight loss), use of heat lamps, cohabbing with other reptiles, etc.

 

No guarantees on sexes unless over sex able age, and stated to be a sure Male/Female. We only sex after 15g.

 

If purchased and remaining in our care for either payment(s), payment delays or shipment delays we give no refund/discounts/etc if tail dropped.

 

All photos/videos sent/posted are the best visual representation of said gecko/reptile.

 

Accepted payment method is Square Invoice or in person sale. This is negotiable.
